&PLUS promotes a workplace based on respect, fairness, inclusion and the protection of everyone’s dignity. A dedicated channel is available for anonymous reports concerning conduct contrary to gender equality principles, discrimination, harassment, mobbing, violence, penalties related to maternity, paternity or family and care responsibilities, as well as other conduct harmful to personal dignity.

Every report is forwarded to the Integrated Gender Equality Committee – Working Group and handled with the utmost care, in line with confidentiality, impartiality, protection of the dignity of those involved, and opposition to any form of retaliation. Reporting helps build a safer, more respectful and inclusive workplace for everyone.
